The heart of Bennco Group is Community

Bennco Group is proud to honour its roots by supporting the people, families and communities that shape the Pilbara.

Our Community Commitment

Bennco’s story started in Tom Price, and our connection to the Pilbara still guides how we do business today. We believe strong regional communities matter, and we are committed to investing in local people, local families and local opportunities wherever we work. That means supporting local clubs, backing local businesses, and creating pathways that help future generations grow and stay connected to the region.

For Bennco, community support is not separate from the job. It is part of being a responsible Pilbara business and part of building long term value across the places we call home. We are committed to supporting the sustainability of local businesses, investing in local people and families, and creating opportunities for our clients to work with and support local contractors.

The Karijini Experience

Bennco Group is a proud long term Platinum Sponsor of the Karijini Experience, an important celebration held on the traditional lands of the Banjima people in Karijini National Park. This celebration provides a diverse and inclusive program of authentic, high-quality arts, culture, music and food experiences designed to connect people to the breathtaking landscape of this area.

Bennco is proud to support an event that reflects the strength, identity and spirit of the region, while giving locals and visitors the chance to share in something special. Our support for the Karijini Experience reflects a broader commitment to backing initiatives that strengthen community, celebrate culture and create lasting impact across the Pilbara.

Aboriginal Engagement Statement

The Bennco Group aims to improve the wellbeing and prosperity of Aboriginal people through actively supporting the sustainable growth and participation of Aboriginal businesses and people within our operations and in the broader regional economy. This strategy aims to build sustainable career pathways and commercial opportunities for local Aboriginal people across Australia.

The Bennco Group is developing formal, binding and mutually obligated agreements with Aboriginal Corporations covering the footprint of our operations within Australia. These Agreements focus on areas such as employment and training, business development and contracting, cultural awareness training, cultural heritage, and environmental land management through our commercial and non-commercial activities.

Building Smarter Construction Across the Pilbara and Beyond

When projects demand capability, coordination and uncompromising safety standards, Bennco delivers. Our integrated multi-trade teams support major construction and infrastructure projects across the Pilbara and regional Western Australia.
