From Local Beginnings to Leading Multi-Trade Partner

Bennco Group was founded in Tom Price in 2016 with a clear goal: to simplify construction delivery in the Pilbara and regional WA. Too often, clients were managing multiple contractors, multiple purchase orders and fragmented accountability across one project. Bennco was built to solve that problem by bringing key trade disciplines under one trusted partner.

What started as a small local team has grown into a leading multi-trade contractor, expanding across the Pilbara, and beyond, with established operations in Tom Price, Paraburdoo, Pannawonica, Karratha, Busselton and Perth. Today, Bennco supports more than 20 mine sites and regional locations, with a workforce of more than 200 people delivering safe, efficient outcomes across complex industrial, mining and infrastructure projects.

Meet The Founders

Todd Bennett

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Todd Bennett brings deep Pilbara project experience and a strong background in mining, construction and electrical delivery.

Before Bennco, Todd spent years in NPI project delivery throughout the Pilbara, leading major camp and village construction projects along with a wide range of design and construct projects across the region.

He then worked full time with RTIO across several roles, delivering various projects involving building, construction and electrical works both on site and in town.

Todd’s practical leadership, project management capability and strong people skills continue to shape Bennco’s direction and standards today.

Ben Williams

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Ben Williams brings strong local knowledge and extensive electrical operations experience from the Pilbara. Before Bennco, Ben worked as an Operations Manager with a major electrical contractor based in Tom Price.

At Bennco, he has played a key role as Director and Electrical Supervisor, helping expand the business through reliable delivery and strong technical oversight.

Ben has managed major projects across the Pilbara, including the critical response electrical reactive maintenance contract for the Shire of Ashburton.

His on-the-ground understanding of local assets, conditions and client expectations remains a major strength for Bennco Group.
