About the Project
Project Milestones & Scope
- This project lasted a total of 2 months and Bennco Group managed to deliver 16 rooms in the time it took a previous contractor to deliver 8 rooms.
- Project was delivered back to RTIO before the proposed hand back date.
- Project was delivered incident free/zero harm.
- Project was delivered on budget.
- No items were recognised on a ‘punch list’ on the handover with RTIO

Demolition works
- Removal of carpets.
- Removal of floor to ceiling bathroom tiling.
- Removal of old and redundant electrical hardware.
- Removal of old and redundant plumbing hardware.
Building works
- Completely resheet existing brickwork with stud and gyprock.
- Design, construct and installation of all new room and bathroom cabinetry.
- Floor to ceiling tiling of 16 bathrooms.
- Full internal aluminium skirting,
- Floor to ceiling tiling of laundry.
- Full internal paint of 16 rooms and 4 hallways.
- Full replacement of 16 room carpet tiles and 2 hallways.

- Rewire existing 16 rooms with new electrical cable.
- Install new electrical caballing for 16 new split aircons.
- Install of 16 new split aircons.
- Replacement of all electrical hardware with new.
- Replacement of all electrical light fittings with LED.
Plumbing works
- Install of 16 new toilet cisterns.
- Install of 16 new shower and vanity tapware.
- Install of new floor wastes.
