The challenge was given to Bennco Group to waterproof the roof of 15 RTIO mobile caravan accommodation units, ingress of water due to the roof mounted air conditioners was causing ongoing maintenance issues, works included:

About the Project
Project Milestones & Scope
- Scaffold erected to illuminate any working with heights issues and keep personal on the roof safe with hard barricading protecting them from the edge.
- Removal of 60 roof mounted air conditioners.
- Patch and repair of all roof penetrations.
- 3 part waterproofing process as approved by RTIO/Sodexo.
- High pressure wash and degreasing of roof surface to remove dirt and debris.
- Primer, tape membrane and waterproofing membrane applied to roof surface with airless spray gun.
Project was completed over 30 days, on budget, on schedule and incident free.
